We are in the process of locating a new home, moving from the North East to the South East of the Country, and overall just super busy, so we deeply appreciate the week off to get things in order. This track has been created with intentions, similar to the last Sleep themed track, to support the development of the Self, but this time with a vibe that you can move to. The images are Palm leaves, green and fresh. The Palm tree is associated with triumph, eternal live, rebirth and in Egyptian history is tied to the Phoenix. We hope you enjoy. XO Suggested Ritual Sit for a moment and focus on the You you wish to create, allow the music to move you, see yourself dancing with this new or upgraded version of yourself, perhaps with a glowing Solar Plexus area, as you do see yourself becoming one with or stepping into this version of Self. Alternatively, you could see yourself shedding a layer, like the palm or a snake, and emerging as a new version of self.
